For most tenant improvement projects, at preliminary design stage, you will have an opportunity to review the design concept and provide your feedback. Once design is finalized, it will be prepared for submitting to the City for building permit. Throughout this stage and while waiting for permit to get issued, we will obtain and review trades quotations, and make any adjustments necessary. Once permit is issued, we will work with you closely during construction phase to complete the project on time and within budget.
